OPERATIONAL MASTER PLAN:
Read the Sheriff’s Office Operational Master Plan (1.3M, PDF). The OMP was developed from a multi-year planning process, the goal of which was to achieve a common vision for how the KCSO will address public safety both now and in the future, and to identify strategies for achieving the mission, vision, and goals of the Sheriff’s office. Also, read the Sheriff's speech about the OMP to the Law, Justice, and Human Services Committee on February 14, 2008.
