The KCSO actively works with police agencies, other criminal justice organizations, and community groups to make law enforcement more effective. One of our greatest successes is our contractual partnerships, which ensure the people of King County have cost-effective and operationally sound police forces.

How can you be involved as a community partner? If you reside in one of our contract cities, contact your city government to learn how they get input from their citizens. If you reside in an unincorporated area, consider getting involved with your Unincorporated Area Council; a link to their web sites is available at the bottom of this page. Of course, less formal community input is always welcome, and we invite you to contact us with tips, suggestions, and concerns.
