The draft King County Shorelines Technical Appendix, a report detailing an inventory and analysis of existing shoreline conditions, is also available at public libraries and community service centers. Compact disks are available to the public on request; please submit your request during February public meetings or via our Shoreline Program Public Comments page.

Peer Reviewers for the Draft Shorelines Technical Appendix
To help ensure that King County is meeting State requirements for conducting the Shoreline Master Program update and preparing a complete technical analysis, peers were invited to review the Draft Shorelines Technical Appendix. The group of peer reviewers includes qualified scientific professionals with expertise appropriate to the shoreline technical issues addressed, determined by professional credentials, experience and recognized leadership. A list of peer reviewers -- organized by area of expertise -- can be found in this document.

Executive Summary - Peer Review Comments
This document provides a summary of peer review comments on the preliminary draft of the Technical Appendix (September 2006), and King County's response. A second round of peer review on the December 2006 Draft Technical Appendix is occurring in February 2007.
